Powder-Coated Parts to Perfection
Due to the electrostatic charge application process, powder coatings can help prevent your OEM part from corroding and provides stronger protection than most liquid paints.
The automated powder coat line at Miller Fabrication Solutions includes a blast room, five-stage wash, powder room, dry-off oven and curing oven. For virtually any size or weight requirements, our coating equipment and skilled workforce is ready to handle your complex metal part finishing job.
Protect Your Metal Fabrication Investment with a Wet Coating Treatment
Miller also offers a meticulous metal liquid coating solution for metal fabrications that cannot withstand the heat-intense curing process of powder coating or simply require a thin coat of paint. These superior wet-coated treatments assist in protecting your fabricated part against the elements, scratches and other types of wear. All parts are thoroughly shot blasted and washed prior to the liquid coating process.
The Miller manual blast, primer and finishing booths measure 10’ 3” (3.12 m) wide x 13’ 10” (4.2164 m) high x 80’ (24.384 m) long to accommodate your most demanding size requirements for single parts or for those within a larger assembly.
